This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $21.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT AND DELIVERY DRIVER

As an entry-level Customer Service Rep - Forklift and Delivery Driver, you are eager to help around the shop and ensure our customers have a great experience. In this role, you regularly interact with our customers and assist them with receiving their products. Whether you are loading materials into a vehicle or personally delivering the equipment, you maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

You help keep our inventory organized to make it easy to find requested products for clients. As needed, you carefully operate a forklift to move materials around. If your coworkers or a customer needs help with anything around the shop, you are happy to jump in and offer a hand. You feel great about helping us better serve our customers!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT AND DELIVERY DRIVER

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 100 pounds
• Completion of an annual DOT physical
• Valid driver's license
• Current certification to drive a forklift or willingness to obtain
• Initial and random drug testing after hire

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT AND DELIVERY DRIVER

This position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
