Senior IT Administrator

The Senior IT Administrator is a Senior Engineer who will be responsible for providing and maintaining end-user IT services to the company.  This person will contribute to the support, continued success, and improvement of our cloud-based environment and will be viewed locally as the expert in the technologies offered, with the ability to deliver creative solutions that help streamline team processes and ultimately allow users to get the most out of their tech.

Based in our office in New York, the Senior IT Administrator will also be helping maintain the technology in the building and providing support to the users across the organization, acting as the representative of IT Operations, holding IT orientation sessions, and ensuring users have everything they require.

The ideal candidate is self‐motivated and directed with a positive hands-on and can-do-attitude, willing to work in a high pace environment.


    • Lead an IT team of 1-2 people
    • Be a point of escalation for more complex hardware and software issues
    • Support and administer a range of market-leading apps
    • Maintain the office technology including Zoom Rooms, WiFi, and digital signage
    • Manage the local inventory ensuring all items are well recorded
    • Contribute to wider technology projects and lead deployment efforts locally
    • Maintain and develop best-in-class security practices across our web infrastructure, platforms, email, and end-user computing.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation and standards for administration and end-users
    • Partner with Human Resources to handle onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and new hire training
    • Travel to New Jersey office when necessary


    • Preferred previous experience as a Senior IT Technician/Engineer
    • Good knowledge of cloud technologies
    • Super Administrative experience with MS Office Suite is essential
    • Scripting, automation, and API knowledge
    • Good knowledge of Servers, Networks, and Databases preferred
    • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
    • Creative problem-solving skills, with a good attitude and willingness to learn
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Authorized to work in the US
    • Must be available to work flexible hours
    • Position is required to work on-site at our New York City office

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
