The Enterprise Solutions Practice Group Manager will have eight (8) or more years of designing, architecting, and experience supporting complex solutions to large enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be managing Systems Engineers in servicing, supporting and selling to new and existing public sector accounts.
Must be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills that will leverage our strong reputation, customer satisfaction track record and past performance to assist with the sales growth and implementation of enterprise technology solutions to State and Local governments, as well as the Education community in the Mid-Atlantic region. These solutions include:
Infrastructure projects – wireless and wired networks.
Security – firewall, security appliances
System upgrades and migrations – such as Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish relationships at executive levels to identify and sell our products and services.
Support sales activities. and have major involvement into the sales lifecycle. Manage activities and provide qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales.
Coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following areas: Data Center, Infrastructure, Security, Surveillance and Systems.
Oversee the technical problem-solving process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated innovation and communication of new deliverables and offerings.
Ability to develop and articulate compelling IT solutions. Depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies.
Ability to manage a team in the delivery across multiple technologies.
Possess a detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of technologies in the customer’s Information Technology (IT) environment. Use product and application knowledge along with internal or architectural knowledge to develop solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead others in the gathering of requirements, designs, plans and estimates.
Experience & Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience managing teams supporting enterprise technologies
PMI Certified preferred
Proven application of technical expertise in successful engagements involving multiple disciplines.
3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
