About the Dallas Leadership Foundation: The Dallas Leadership Foundation is a Christian not-for-profit organization that develops local leaders to affect long-term change in underserved communities.
Job Summary: Under the supervision of and working directly with the Chief Administrative Officer of Dallas Leadership Foundation, the Database Coordinator is the principal staff member responsible for assessing the reporting needs of DLF programs, and assisting in the design and implementation of forms and the reporting process through the DLF database. This position will have a working relationship with each Program Director. This will require communication, both written and oral, as well as completing reports, visual analysis and correspondence. Successful candidates for the position of Database Coordinator will be skilled in process improvement, database administration, data analysis and have the ability to work within strict timelines.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and assess process that connects program the activity to the database
- Assess needs of Program Directors
- Database Administration
- Forms and Reports creation
- Perform Data Analysis
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
- Creation of departmental and DLF dashboard
- Database Security
- Database Training and Support for staff
- Make recommendations on specific data analysis tools
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for the position of Program-database Support Coordinator are expected to possess the following qualities and attributes:
- Previous experience with Database administration and analysis
- Ability to connect to and establish a working relationship with Program Directors.
- Computer literate, able to navigate software programs, databases, and office equipment.
- Ability to organize information
- Ability to present compiled information
- Strong verbal, writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- A teachable spirit and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and work well with others.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must possess an Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University.
