Commercial Business Development Manager
Dalene Flooring is looking for a motivated, self-starting, driven, goal oriented person, who can think outside the box. Prior flooring experience is not required. Candidate with design background HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

As a business development manager, you will be working directly with commercial sales management, and commercial project management to bring the Dalene Flooring experience to our clients. You will be responsible to increase market penetration within the commercial markets we service, and to establish and grow new client relationships. You will have opportunities to help our clients create the ideal interior finishes environment and to execute their vision for their space.
Candidates will be responsible for growing our existing client base, establishing new relationships, while working with our project management team to execute projects at a high level for our clients. Candidates should be comfortable with presenting directly to clients, through selecting, and pricing options to help them to solve their interior finished space needs. Candidates will work to strategize and develop actionable plans to deliver on sales goals, while utilizing the best flooring products in the marketplace, and incredible internal resources to assist with project execution. Daily travel required within territory.
· Maintaining client list
· Identify and outreach to new client opportunities
· Solve client needs with high quality of product and performance
· Interface the sale to execution with our project management team to ensure successful experience for clients and follow up post sale to ensure satisfaction.
· Grow presence in territory through new client and existing client relationships
· Coordinate site reviews with clients
· Provide project related proposals to clients to meet their needs and budget
· Meet and exceed sales goals
Candidates should be outgoing and have a can do attitude. Must be a good listener, problem solver, with excellent customer service. High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite are a must. Candidates do not need experience in the flooring trade, however, design, interiors, or floor covering experience is a plus.
