Our agents assist a variety of customers with technical and customer support needs. If you have a proven track record of quality customer service skills, enjoy helping others resolve issues, are dedicated to your work, and are reliable then we want to speak to you! Our agents are required to be the liaison between customers and our client, so we depend on them to provide the very best service available.

Our agents enjoy metric based bonuses on top of their base pay, an onsite market for food and beverages, and free coffee or bring your Keurig pods if you’re fancy! PTO, Medical, dental, and vision benefits are also available.

Dakota Performance Solutions is the biggest “small” call center in the US. We serve not only commercial clients, but Federal, State, and International clients as well. We are FDIC, FEMA NIMS, and CIACA certified and manage programs that impact people, just like yourself, daily.
