  • This is a fast-paced environment with Assembly and Sequencing as well as Ship to Broadcast services for Ford Motor Company, and we’re looking for someone to take the reins and drive the plant forward to further success.

The ideal candidate for this role could have gained required experience at a Tier One Supplier of complex automotive assemblies that were built and shipped per broadcast. To be a good fit for the Chicago Plant Manager opportunity, you should have:
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing environment, ideally with experience delivering finished components to a major automotive company
  • A bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or management discipline, and/or specialized certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A track record of successfully implementing processes, procedures and improvements is strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to establish trust-based relationships between management and staff
  • Experience including full P&L responsibilities
  • An understanding of the functions and complexities of various departments (for example, Human Resources, Materials, Accounting, etc.) and the ability to empathize, support, and help problem solve in these functions
  • A committed and disciplined approach to safety, including the ability and willingness to set clear expectations and reinforce those at every level of the business every day
