Job Title: Operations Director
Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing human resources, facilities, and information technology programs under the general direction of the CAO. This position manages the employee life cycle and all administrative functions associated with staff. These functions include payroll management and ACA reporting, benefits negotiation/administration, wage/compensation studies, onboarding/offboarding design, recruitment, employee/supervisory counseling, performance management design, coordination of training programs, and ensuring federal and state compliance with employment law. The role is responsible for project management to support both generalized and specific change initiatives. The Operations Director, in collaboration with others, coordinates day-to-day facility and IT maintenance and repair, supporting the direct reports of the CAO resolving day-to-day needs to ensure efficient business operations. This role acts as a resource for all tiers of employees, from senior leadership to entry-level staff. Knowledge of organizational development, general business management, and performance management will facilitate the mastery of this role.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; Master’s in HR Management or Business Administration preferred. At least five years of general Human Resource management experience is required. Must have experience managing general business operations and have working knowledge of EMR systems, IT infrastructure, and general facilities management. Must have good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products. Ability to work with little direction and strong organizational skills are a must. Skills include excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications.
