Customer Service Representative
- $21 to $25 Hourly
- Full-Time
What you’ll do as a Market Research Representative:
- Successfully complete outbound calls to foodservice operators
- Introduce and promote our loyalty rewards programs
- Effectively educate customers and operators about product features and promotions
- Represent our clients as our own
- Accurately enter data, complete transaction processing, and update database
- Sourcing new opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls
- Achieving assigned goals – data acquiring, lead generation, full sales cycle
What you’ll bring to the Market Research Representative role:
- Comfortable working with proprietary CRM database
- Must be resilient to customer rejection
- Experience in foodservice industry preferred
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
