Requirements:

• Complete a one-week basic management course
• Operate company vehicle on an as-needed basis
• Assist Canvass Manager in day-to-day team leadership responsibilities
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Schedule a minimum of 20 issued leads per month
• Contact a minimum of 100 customers per day

Compensation - Base Hourly Rate plus UNCAPPED Bonus

• Base: $27.00/hour
• Daily Bonus:
  • $75.00 for two issued leads
  • $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3 -4
  • $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads
• Monthly Bonus: $1000/month after $145,000 in net sales
• Average first-year earnings of $50,00 - $70,000, top performers earn over $100k

Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous marketing experience preferred but not required
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred but not required
