About the Position:

  • Currently hiring for our evening shift 1:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
  • Base wage starting at $15/hr however we are currently offering $17.50 as an essential worker increase!!   
  • $1,000 Sign on bonus in your first 30days!!!
  • Monthly & Daily Bonus payouts NO CAP!

Job Duties:

  • Schedule appointments with homeowners for free estimates on home improvement projects
  • Follow up with clients in-regards to previous inquiries for home improvement projects
  • Reach out to previous customers and make sure they are satisfied with our products and services
  • Be able to handle customer service concerns and take proper notes in our current CRM to forward to customer service
  • Help create lifetime customers through our unique blend of exceptional customer service, exclusive products and extended warranties

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills & active listening
  • Ability to meet production standards
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Be comfortable on a keyboard 
  • Enjoy being on the phones, have excellent phone etiquette! 
  • Result-driven to go above and beyond expectations to max out bonus monthly!
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
  • Be passionate about providing great customer service both internally/externally
