Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
  • Assisting warehouse shipping/receiving packages on an as needed basis


Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Microsoft Office product knowledge required, P21 experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
  • Prior experience dealing with supply chain, vendors and pump products preferred
  • Prior inside sales/customer service experience required
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, fast/accurate typing skills and customer focus is required
  • Regular in-person attendance required
  • Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional overtime may be necessary based on business demand

Physical Demand: Ability to work at a desk for several hours per day as well as assisting, when needed, with warehouse functions of shipping/receiving packages, forklift operation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. packages.

Travel: Occasional, but not frequent, travel possible to attend training/meetings at other branches or vendor training.

Education: Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Engineering degree a plus.
