We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Shipping Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and to coordinate daily shipping and receiving.
- Greet, assist and monitor onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Various office duties - data entry, staff support, copying, scanning, supplies, filing
- Set up vendor shipments incoming and outgoing, domestic and international
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming deliveries and mail
- Ensuring objectives and delivery deadlines are met
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Net Suite preferred
