Qualifications for the Senior Account Manager:

+ 5+ years of experience in account management

+ Experience with paid social campaigns and SEO management.

+ Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe and search engine optimization. 

+ Industry specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business preferred.

+ Data driven, living by the numbers.

+ Success in reviewing trends and proactively defining solutions.

Outcomes we Expect from our Senior Account Manager:

+ Daily, weekly, and monthly review of campaign performance. Being proactive in communicating performance success and declines, including providing plans of action for implementing performance improvement measures.

+ Find opportunities; working with internal and outsourced partners to craft and configure the appropriate solution, so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled.

+ Identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate customers' requirements to work with teams to generate an end-to-end solution in response to campaign performance.

+ Analyze and elevate customer’s consumption of contract, adoption of the product and generation of upsell or cross-sell.

+ Act as day-to-day single point of contact to review and maintain account performance metrics, updates, progress and future planning. 

+ Assist teams in managing social media advertising campaigns across the social channels for world’s leading brands mapped to their business needs.

+ Work with internal teams to improve the paid service and/or optimization and its alignment with the client's core business.

+ Provide ongoing training support and ad hoc training sessions to always keep customers educated and informed.

+ Manage Jr Account Managers and grow their skillset to become Sr Account Managers

Competencies needed from the Senior Account Manager:

+ Deliver Value: Be able to deliver on, and communicate the value associated with the customer’s investment in advertising within the platform to guarantee retention & customer growth.

+ Drive Adoption: Drive adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units, teams, and markets within a single customer.

+ Establish Relationships: Establish and champion relationships built on trust with every new customer, outsourced partners and internal stakeholders. 

+ Strategic Advertising Partner: Become your customer’s day-to-day strategic advisor who understands their business challenges, monitors their platform performance and can communicate needs with SEO, Paid and other teams to increase performance measures. 

+ Proactive Data Driven Outreach: Living by the numbers and proactively reaching out to internal and outsourced partners to modify campaigns and setting the customers expectations
