Established in 2008 we service a variety of single-family homes, multi-family homes and commercial properties in Denver and Oklahoma City. Qualifications for the Property Manager:
  • Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual language skills in Spanish are a plus.
  • 2 years property management experience preferred.


Outcomes we Expect from our Property Manager:
  • Achieve and maintain property occupancy above 92.5%.
  • Maintain 70% resident retention.
  • Achieve and maintain optimal owner satisfaction - ensure timely and pro-active communication and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure 14-day vacant unit fill cycle.
  • Work within property budgets, producing monthly variance reports, achieving the highest asset performance.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Avenue Property Management colleagues, as well as with the company's external partners.
  • Communicate to all residents on any renovation plans impacting the community

  • Data analysis: Data-first problem solver who is proficient at data review and can deduct actionable steps to take. Stays connected to the details, dives deep to link cause and effect between anecdote and data.
  • Leadership/Ability to Develop People: Coach maintenance professionals to improve performance and solicit feedback from team.
  • Organizational skills: Can plan, delegate, has excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Exceeding customer expectations, delivering proactive support and going the extra mile to build customer connections.
  • Adaptability: Unafraid of ambiguity. Embraces change and reacts quickly to manage change with ease. Motivates and encourages others to do the same.
  • High Standards: Expects personal and team performance to meet or exceed established performance goals.
  • Bias for Action: Take initiative with limited oversite. Operates with urgency and efficiency, faster we move, the more we learn, the more progress we can make, and the more value we can create.
  • Financial Acumen: Understands budgets and financial statements.
