Administrative/Title Clerk (Automotive)

Responsible for clerical duties relating to processing Title Transfers and Documents. Printing and reviewing Weekly Inventory Reports for accuracy. Work with state agencies and Compliance Department to meet regulated deadlines. Assist with various other duties for the Accounting Department and Reception.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include: Processing and maintaining Title related documents. Assisting with Reception and Accounting Department on other duties as assigned. Works with Dealerships in the timely processing of documents.
Insure proper handling of documentation for accurate Title Transfers.
Work with Dealerships to maintain Customer Satisfaction with the timely handling of Stickers, Plates and Paid Off Titles.
Compliant with state agencies.
Maintains automotive title records.
Maintains and validates title documents submitted by dealership.
Maintains productive workflow with other staff members.
Prepare title documents due to Bexar County Tax Assessor's office.
Prepare titles for Auctions.
Maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
Run and update Tracking Reports.
Follow up on Title process with system notations.
Work with dealerships to assist in verification of Title status as requested by Branch Finance Managers.
Weekly company errands to local Tax Assessor's Office.

Education and/or Experience
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, clear written and oral communication skills, good ability to interact with all levels of management, computer literate.
Ability to comprehend detailed oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
