Managing Director of Technology

 The Managing Director of Technology is responsible for leveraging technology, data, and project management to drive execution throughout the organization, The principal leverages his extensive knowledge of both technology and business to provide innovative and proven solutions that drive growth and further the success of DLP. This role will not only be an influencer to the Leadership Team, but will provide sound technical leadership in every aspect of our business. The leader will own the alignment between our technology and our bold company objectives, leading a world-class technology team to deliver these ambitious outcomes.

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Protect the company from internal and external risks and threats
• Partner with our business leaders to shape the technology roadmaps of our operations to ensure alignment of our IT strategic roadmap with the growth needs of the business units.
• Leverage application development expertise to lead the build out, implementation and management of the Salesforce platform (and other TBD systems) to support the DLP pipeline processes from lead generation to servicing and reporting.
• Lead the build out, implementation and management of the DLP Data Warehouse and BI stack, deliver accurate reporting and CEO dashboard metrics with high business user adoption.
• Lead the continued development, implementation & management of individual company dashboards for each of the DLP companies.
• Management of the application and development projects in an Agile methodology.
• Work with the IT Service Desk and network teams to address high impact/visibility support issues.
• Support the selection process and business case analysis of business applications and other employee tools.
• Take a leadership role in the evaluation & selection process of all technology solutions in conjunction with the PMO and business leader(s).
• Be a key contributor to IT's information security roadmap, initiatives and security responses.
• Make active contributions to solving issues (via IDS process) across all DLP companies through meeting engagement, consistent follow up and  timely communication with business unit leaders and CEO.
• Manage application vendors to ensure systems are performing optimally and negotiate best value at the lowest cost possible.
• Through L10 meeting communication, the completion and distribution of a Weekly Digest Report, provide the IT Leader and executive team with information and project progress reports on developing and implementing strategy and solutions.

• Conduct timely and productive 1-on-1 huddles, direct report alignment meetings and performance evaluations with all direct reports.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the EES Tools platform to become a world class platform and revenue generator for DLP Capital.
• Drive innovation throughout DLP Capital businesses and IT, accelerating growth, informing decisions, automating processes, forecasting and predictive analysis, etc.

• Lead the Development & Creation of the "DLP Guide" - Process & Procedures/Checklists/Templates/Manual
• Own implementation & execution of the CEO’s Vision & Objectives through technology and data
• Lead Collection of data and reporting to drive decisions - present data w/analysis and solutions to CEO
• Lead the tracking, inspection, and execution of the CEO Dashboard Key metrics & provide monthly presentation to CEO
• Lead solving Issues (IDS) related to technology across all companies
• Lead the integration of the Bank (within regulations) w/DLP.
• Lead Bank Core System and Tech Stack selection and implementation
