Overview

DFY Managed Solutions is looking for an energetic and experienced B2B salesperson to join our company. Tremendous opportunity with immediate income potential and long-term growth. We are looking for a self-driven, strong communicator with the ability to work in a high call volume environment. Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience. Business IT or Business Technical knowledge preferred but not required.

The Company

Job Summary:

The right candidate is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with a sales engineer to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, networking, light door to door (as needed), preparing proposals and quotes, and being a part of the entire sales process. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel and identifying client needs/issues/and providing solutions and working with Operations to grow the business is essential.

Compensation:

Base salary of $40,000 DOE plus monthly activity bonus and commission ($70,000 potential in the first year)

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute daily and weekly sales calls on prospects within designated area

· Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation

· Aggressively identify qualified opportunities – develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel

· Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential – prospect for potential new clients within target market

· Identify market opportunities and analyze competition / Follow up and qualify all sales leads

· Closes sales and follows through to assure appropriate delivery / Supports Operations efforts / Completes all internal reporting and paperwork in a timely fashion

· High call volume in the beginning as you build your book of business

Requirements:

· Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities/appointments

· Ability to quickly build relationships with prospects

· Must be driven to leverage all methods of generating leads

· Strong computer skills - proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel

· Familiar with IT Services/Professional Services a plus

· Knowledge of Managed Services, Infrastructure Management, Telephony, Cloud Solutions and/or Cybersecurity a plus

· Self-motivated, results driven, efficient, organized, persistent, highly motivated to achieve earnings and continuous learning

· Excellent communication, both written and verbal – comfortable with interacting with cross-functional teams and colleagues

· Ability to execute consultative sales approach to appointment set/Hunter mentality

Qualifications:

· Education: Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience)
