The ideal candidate will provide top-level administrative assistance.

They should be well-organized and be comfortable responding to phone calls and emails.



Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and database support to ensure efficient operation DEX
  • Responds to customer’s inquiries and acts as a liaison between DEX and customers
  • Initiates and answers calls, emails, and video calls with customers and works with internal DEX team to provide updates.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail..
  • Prepare reports for management and customers on order status and process flow queues
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to supervisor immediately.
  • Report any accidents or injuries immediately at time of occurrence to an HR representative.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

  • Will adhere to DEX’s quality system policies, applicable standards, and quality manual as dictated.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Customer service

experience a plus

  • High energy, focused, self starter who can take the initiative and follow up, even when not asked.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
