Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Advise clients on multiple aspects of their Cash Management and banking relationships, to help identify, assess, manage, and measure potential optimization opportunities.
  • Lead and / or supervise complex projects from A to Z including managing a full tender process (RFP or bilateral discussions), manage Associates & Analysts, guarantee the quality of the delivery, demonstrate thorough problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate solutions.
  • Play an instrumental role in the sales process by supporting Global Relationship Managers (GRM) in charge of business development in the United States and globally (trends, product and methodology materials, marketing & sales support).
  • Interface and directly negotiate with banks, vendors, and clients on a regular basis, in person and on the phone.
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in the Cash Management industry.

     

     

     

    Hard Skills:

     

  • Strong project management skills (analytical skills, punctual, management of relations with banks and clients, “think out of the box” spirit to bring the maximum value to our clients…);
  • Excellent sales skills supported by impeccable technical expertise and strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to produce research reports and other materials that meet rigorous internal guidelines for accuracy and formatting.
  • Able to learn and innovate upon our process in optimizing Cash Management while adhering to Hiring Company's philosophy and strong principles of transparency and independence.
  • Demonstrate significant Microsoft Office capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word along with ability to master proprietary software applications.

    Experience Needed

     

  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement, Master's degree is preferred.
  • Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or field of study requiring extensive experience in academic research.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience within a Cash Management division of a bank, consultancy company or Treasury department
  • 3-5 years of relationship management, product sales, or product ownership is a plus.
  • Awareness of Cash Management industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent in English for both writing and speaking.
  • Multilingual or bilingual in French and / or Spanish is a plus.
