Marketing Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This person will develop marketing strategy and sell products and services on behalf of the company. This person will craft and develop the messaging and positioning of our products. This person will also plan marketing campaigns, create marketing materials and identify new customers. This person will generate sales and works to meet company goals. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience. Product development and management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing or business degree preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Familiar with the dental industry and 3D printing.
- Knowledge of online marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing processes and procedures.
- Very strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible, forward-thinking, motivated, and have the ability to act independently.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

A. Performs job functions timely and efficiently.
Performance Criteria
· Present, promote and sell our products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Continuously improve through feedback
· Develop; product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
· Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products and develop sales tools that support the selling process of our products.
· Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
· Market intelligence – be the expert on our clients, how they purchase, and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and develop ways on competitive marketing methods.
· Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products.
· Create, deliver edit, and optimize marketing materials.
· Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
· Supervise social medial outreach. (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail)
· Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.
· Mass-mail materials.
· Create brochures and marketing materials.
· Develop and plan and strategy for marketing initiatives.
· Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
· Identify, develop, and execute communications strategies and develop a network of clients.
· Conduct extensive media outreach.
· Improve communication effenicies with internal and external stakeholders.
· Provide weekly and monthly reports to a supervisor.
· Other duties as assigned.
