The Opportunity

DentalQore is looking for a motivated and ambitious senior sales professional with at least four years of experience. The candidate we seek will have exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to complement our talented and competitive team.

The Senior Account Executive role is instrumental in fueling our company's growth in an industry that has a strong product-to-market fit! The right candidate will have the opportunity to assist prospective clients with understanding how our services can grow their business by employing DentalQore’s products and technology. The day-to-day job will involve managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to demo to close. We need a creative and driven individual who possesses fantastic people skills. Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sales cycle: conduct sales calls and meetings, negotiate contracts, and provide clients with valuable insights and offerings

- Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward for the business

- Drive the acquisition of new clients through the full sales lifecycle for DentalQore

- Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position DentalQore therein

- Effectively proceed past gatekeepers to speak with decision-makers about our products

- Educate clients on packages and options that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how our features and benefits match their needs

- Coordinate closely with our Production Team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for our clients

Performance Expectations

- 70% of marketing qualified leads (MQL) come from SDR-assisted prospecting

- $120k - $150k OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Qualifications

At least four years of experience in a sales role

Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored 

Ability to articulate a persuasive message to sell the product

Passion for growth and a great attitude

Comfortable with developing new relationships on a daily basis

An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
