OurClient is looking for a Project Manager to join their Clinical AI team to helpensure the successful delivery of their Products.

TheProject Manager manages key client projects. Project managementresponsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on timewithin budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines,assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Preparereports for upper management regarding status of project.
Thesuccessful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverablesfall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate withother departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and willhire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. This person will report tothe Clinical AI - Programme Director.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multi-country client programmes
Handle competing priorities across multiple deliveries and functions
Build and drive the programme team
Ensure that risks and dependencies are managed proactively whilst maintaininghigh pace and quality
Create a delivery roadmap and drive the critical path
Support internal and external stakeholders through the delivery
Build and maintain a good relationship with key client partners to ensurealigned and successful outcomes
Create a budget for the programme and track against it over time
Play a proactive role in the constant improvement of our ways of working alongwith supporting processes
What our Client is looking for
Bachelor’sDegree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Experience leading multi-country implementation programmes, ideally withsoftware products
A positive outlook, and a drive to find creative solutions when workingthrough new challenges; adaptable and flexible approach to ways of working tomeet the business needs of a rapidly scaling and constantly evolvingorganisation
Strong process management skills, with the ability to contribute tobuilding new processes and systems desirable
Solid organisational and multitasking skills with a strong attention todetail
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at alllevels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
Ability to sort through large volumes of data and draw out the mostimportant points for the programme
Willingness to travel to visit partners and establish local relationshipsas needed
Excellent listening and presentation skills
A passion for, or interest in, healthcare and technology is a strongadvantage
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Jira.
