  1. Client Executive for Insurance- Location: Chicago
    Don’t need very senior. Around 10 years’ experience P&L of $10-15M - Cannot go over $150- 160k base compensation

    Client Executive for Capital Markets. Location: St Louis
    Needs to be a hunter within a fast growing account that is expected to become around $20M by End of 2022 - Cannot go over $160- 170k base compensation

    As a Client Executive in the sector, you will be a part of a team of elite leaders responsible for selling into a large strategic accounts, accelerating growth of the sector and the organization. (Farming)

     The Client Executive is a strategic partner and is responsible for nurturing and growing the account, accountable for the relationship and the portfolio of services Our Client has to offer.  
     You and your team will be challenged with exceeding account growth targets, improving win rates and accelerating revenue by developing client targeting strategies, shaping and qualifying transformational opportunities, creating an excellent customer experience, leveraging ecosystem partners, shaping differentiated value propositions and managing an efficient commercial contracting process.

    Required Technical And Professional Experience

    10+ years of selling and delivering services engagements
  • 10+ years of IT experience with focus on Insurance/ Capital Markets industries
  • $10-20m+/year of selling and delivering services
  • Proven track record in managing and growing large client engagement
  • Proven track record in developing strong client relationships with a focus at the executive levels
  • Proven experience working in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated business acumen including negotiation skills and contact/profit management
