BDC Sales Manager (Nucar Nissan)

Nucar Nissan looking for an experienced BDC Sales Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous automotive experience to further their careers with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups! Must be a top performing BDC Manager at a current auto dealership. Those who excel at our dealership are hungry, willing to learn new processes and tactics, willing to reach out to customers with high volume of touchpoints and high quality of communication, and have the determination to overcome objections.

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience is required, and automotive management is required.
• Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance and strong customer relations skills!
• Must have experience working in high volume stores!

Responsibilities:

• Continuously evaluate and improve BDC processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices in lead management and customer engagement.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with the sales department, sales managers, and other dealership teams to coordinate lead handling and appointments
