Well established community bank is seeking professional, customer focused, dependable, and detailed oriented individuals to join their team in a Teller / Customer Service Representative role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience is a required
• Cash handling and data entry experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable initiating customer greeting, addressing customer by name and direct eye contact
• Good with math and computer experience
• Able to uphold customer confidentiality
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Able to balance cash drawer efficiently and accurately
• High priority for quality Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Strong Integrity, Thoroughness, and Documentation Skills
• Willing to travel to other locations within the area, as needed
• Candidates will be required to successfully complete an introductory training course

Overview of Schedule and Compensation:

• Bank hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30pm p.m. Friday open until 7:00pm and Saturday 8:30am -12:00pm
• Saturday coverage will be required (typically not every Saturday)
• Competitive Hourly rate position

Full-time offers:

• PTO time earn after 6 months of service

Part-time offers

• 4-to-8-hour shifts; Averaging 25 -29 hours per week
