What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Director of School-Based Programs to join our TEAM in West Palm Beach, Fl.! DATA is well known for helping adolescences and their families who experience life’s most difficult situations. Our growing program is ready for our next Director to guide the way. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day client care operations. The Director of School-Based Programs we are seeking will have experience leading a team of School-Based Counselors including; 22 School-Based Intervention Counselors, 1 Prevention Supervisor (who oversees 22 Prevention Counselors) who are passionate about treating those recovering from substance abuse, co-occurring substance use disorders, and mental health diagnoses. The Director must also be efficient, effective, and articulate in his/her day-to-day activities. Must also interact with School Principles.
The Director of School-Based Programs will also provide clinical supervision to clinical staff bi-weekly, and participate in PIC (performance improvement committee) meeting quarterly.

A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years post-graduate training. A minimum of three (2) years supervisory experience in individual, group or family therapy and/or addiction certification. A license is required in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

· Paid Time Off accruing day one and available on the 91st day; and
$20,000 life insurance policy.
