Job Description
DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring an HVAC/Maintenance Technician
Potential Earning Based on Experience 54K-56K
The HVAC/Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment and grounds are in good condition and safe for all employees and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment (i.e. HVAC Systems, Air Compressors), as needed.
- Performs continual checks on all mechanical devices for trouble free, efficient operation.
- Maintains all related equipment to provide that all utilities and HVAC systems are operating properly.
- Performs equipment repairs as needed.
- Performs locksmith related duties.
- Performs plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess HVAC Journeyman, Master preferred
- 5-7 years experience with building maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to coordinate long variety projects and on-going assignments
- Ability to maintain equipment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Flexibility with schedules and weekend hours
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
