Job Description

We're a small family owned business specializing in sanitary processing equipment for the food and beverage industries since 1949. Our new hire will be cross trained in several departments such as sales, accounts receivables/payables, front desk, as well as working with our warehouse team. An ideal candidate will be a quick learner, someone who takes initiative and always finds work to keep themselves busy. This person should be able to take feedback and be willing to help in any department needed. Key Industrial is looking for a long term employee who is happy to learn and work with others everyday. Our new hire should be an excellent problem solver that is confident in investigating issues in order to find solutions. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and works well with numbers.

- Be in the office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on time

- Clerical work such as filing, organizing, answer front desk phone calls and emails

- Enter customer orders and maintain relationships with customers

- Data entry

- Work with our accounting team for A/R and A/P duties

- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Work with our warehouse team

- Always be ready to take sales orders

- Actively answer calls from customers and vendors as well as proficiently respond to emails

- Communicate with the rest of the employee team and take feedback in order to learn and improve


- Experience in an office setting is a MUST!

- Type 50wpm on a keyboard

- Have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

- Be a quick learner

- Experience in customer service and sales

**Even better if you’ve worked with AS400 previously; or have any experience in the wine industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 per hour
