Position Accountabilities

  • Provides administrative assistance to the Account Management Team, Client Service Team and general support to manage the delivery of projects.

  • Has a firm understanding of the client?s industry, marketing strategy and goals as it applies to lead generation for the client.

  • Helps to ensure that project requirements are documented.

  • Potential communication with clients via email and over the phone

  • Generate Reports and begin to identify patterns in the data.

  • Provide support to the client service team including but not limited to performing audits, reviewing monthly reporting, prospecting and appointment setting, and other special projects as necessary.

  • Assist with reporting when required.

  • Provide excellent service by responding quickly and accurately to requests form the account team and by communicating effectively and accurately.

  • Maintain DAC system knowledge and PC skills necessary for the efficient and accurate completion of all tasks ? knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook are critical

  • Continuously develops and demonstrates knowledge of DAC?s product offerings.


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills?verbal and written

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office?specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Marketing or related Bachelor?s degree
