Site Lead Aviation Operations Specialist

D2 Government Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for Full time Non Exempt Site Lead Aviation Operations Specialist at our site location Fort McCoy –U.S. Army Garrisons in Sparta, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite point of contact to the government for all issues related to the performance of services provided
• Attends meeting with the government when required
• Oversee and manages all contractor personnel daily
• Responsible for the scheduling of personnel and work
• Trains all personnel on the use of all equipment and procedures
• Maintains Base Operations Training programs/Master Training Records
• Creates reports as needed and disseminates it appropriate persons electronically

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of and be able to perform all aspects of services to be provided
• Must have seven (7) to ten (10) years of airfield operations experience
• Must possess at least one (1) year of recent experience managing personnel responsible for airfield operations
• Must have knowledge the use of aerospace and ground support equipment
• Must be able to operate operations support equipment and heavy lift equipment

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• English proficiency required
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to pass federal background check/obtain CAC
