Learning Technology Manager

D2 Government Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a full time Exempt Learning Technology Manager at our site location CENSECFOR Detachment located in Little Creek, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provides virtual and online courses

• Plan, analyze, design, implement and evaluate synchronous and asynchronous training content
• Manage and Administer an e-learning platform
• Develop and facilitate faculty training (Train-the-Trainer), in the area of online teaching
• Collaborate with Anti Terrorism Leadership CCMM and staff instructors
• Provides support for various training sites and locations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be a US citizen

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated background in implementing and learning management systems (BlackBoard, SAKAI, Canvas, Moodle)
• Experience in conversion from traditional classroom instruction to a blended learning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management, consultation and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of emergent and current technologies (Captivate, Articulate,screencast presentations, Audacity, Camtasia, Photoshop, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with website design, program exiting, video technology, web conferencing and other multimedia.
• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies.
