Job Description

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking customers orders, inputting them into the system, generating a pick slip for order pullers, then printing invoices. Will handle customers complaints/inquiries, ordering of specialty items, collating, scanning and filing of invoices and other paperwork.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Process Orders - inputting pick slips
  • Handle multiple phone calls/orders
  • Handle/resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain/evaluate customers requests for special products/service
  • Respond promptly to customers inquires (Follow through)
  • Cross training
  • Collating and filing of invoices and other paperwork
