Retail Sales Associate

The UPS Store is hiring part-time Sales Associates. This is NOT UPS! The UPS Stores are franchises. The Associate will receive and process packages for courier shipment and operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point of sale devices. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

We have two positions available. They are not a temporary position. We are looking for individuals that have prior retail experience. Experience with printing or graphic design is a BIG plus. We are very flexible and we offer competitive wages, free parking, free uniforms, direct deposit and bonuses. Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance and must be well spoken. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
