Opportunity
A health care company currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Supports office with accurate note-taking, typing, filing, organizing, and photocopying
- Fields telephone calls and forwards to appropriate person
- Schedules and prepares conference area for all meetings
- Monitors and manages office supplies inventory
- Maintains a safe and secure working environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- 2+ years in administrative role with working knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
