- Helping customers during the onboarding process. (You will be taught how to set up and customize the software for each customer. You will also need to learn how to provision the automation products that work with our software.)
- Processing orders
- Ordering equipment
- Tracking Inventory
- Invoicing customers
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Gsuite by Google.
- Knowledge of: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google drive, and e-mail
- Comfortable emailing to customers in a compassionate and professional manner
- Comfortable with Software Set-up
- Familiarity with Customer Support tool like Zendesk is an advantage
- Passionate about new technology trends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in this type of role
