Job Description
Office Administrative Assistant
Our client is a fast growing public accounting firm and they are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role you will work with the Office Manager, the CPAs and Accounting Team on day-to-day clerical tasks (i.e. scheduling meetings, some bookkeeping, assisting with tax return processing). You will also be responsible to working the front desk by answering telephones and greeting visitors.
What You Need for this Position
- At least 1 year of working as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience working in a public accounting firm preferred
- Experience handing front desk duties
- Experience in Excel
- Experience in QuickBooks (preferred)
