We are a top direct lender out of Southern California who has been in business for over 20 years. We are expanding our wholesale department, and are looking for talented account managers to help process and fund pipelines of loans as we continue to grow exponentially.
What You Will Be DoingProcessing of wholesale loans- primarily FHA/VA and conventional
Assisting with communication from brokers to underwriters and facilitating the process to approval and funding
What You Need for this PositionAssisting with communication from brokers to underwriters and facilitating the process to approval and funding
Wholesale mortgage processing/account management experience.
Experience with wholesale is a must
Any experience with government loans is a plus

Base for AMs runs $23-$30hr
Bonus:
$50 per funded loan up to 20 loans
$100 per funded loan 21+ (retro to first loan)
We are a high-volume direct lender. Account managers are regularly bringing in mid-six figure incomes through their base and bonus.
This will include full health, dental and vision--- 401k w/match and PTO
