Technical Account Manager

--Please note that this is a work from home position with up to 50% travel: USA and Canada.--

With locations around the world, we are a well-respected and growing manufacturer looking to add to our growing sales/account management team. The ideal candidate should have a technical account management background including experience selling in the thermal solutions/thermoelectric field to key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to nurture and grow existing key accounts. You'll be responsible for product presentations, proposals, customer-interfacing, with a high level of communication and hands-on problem solving.

What You Will Be Doing
- Planning product qualifications, part logistics, and preparing presentations for customers.
- Manage key accounts, providing forecasts and handling multiple projects and escalations.
- Work with customers to get forecast information for sales and production planning.
- Host customer visits and customer audits as needed.
- Able to convert customer needs into executable projects.
- Benchmarks our products with the competition from a business & technical perspective.
- Monitors competitive forces that could alter our position.
What You Need for this Position
3-5+ years of experience of the following:

- Technical Account Management
- Thermal Solutions
- Key Accounts
- Upsell - Nurture - Grow
- Forecasting Sales
- Product Presentations, Demos, etc.
- Hands-on problem solving

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical customers
- Degree in Engineering or Science
