We're the first eCommerce platform of our kind and we're looking for someone with the right blend of management experience and eCommerce (consumer facing, scalable) experience to join our growing team!

-Define features: write specs, user stores, create wireframes, prototypes, test plans, release checklists; communicate functionality and incorporate feedback.
-Manage daily workflow with our overseas tech team and technology partners.
-Scope and implement improvements to supply chain, customer care, fulfillment and vendor integration.
-Work with engineering and design teams to estimate, implement, build features and prioritize projects.
-User test and A/B test products to maximize user satisfaction and performance.
-Lead product-related communications across company.
-Know every competitive product inside out.
-Produce product requirement documents and evaluate them against company strategies.
-Perform continual assessments of competitive landscape and positioning; Develop strong business cases for new product initiatives.
-Define and manage technology for the website, from front-end developments to internal process improvements that increase productivity.
-Manage product development: requirements gathering, road-mapping, production.
-Implement design and tech developments that improve conversion.
-Integrate usability studies, user research, market analysis, and community feedback into product requirements to satisfy user needs and wants.
-creating products with an exceptional user experience, and know how to collaborate across the company to deliver best possible product.
-Lead the ecommerce team in the execution of our defined strategy and operational plan to achieve sales and customer objectives
-Manage the relationship with external ecommerce partners to ensure goals and objectives are met and teams are working effectively together to drive growth
-Responsible for the performance of the ecommerce channel in hitting sales and P&L targets
-Lead business & financial planning for ecommerce including modeling & business case development
-Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances, focusing on drivers with the objective of proposing actions to improve business outcomes
-Partner with internal and external Marketing teams to develop and implement new initiatives and ongoing programs to acquire and retain customers
-Ability to synthesize, summarize and present data analysis to support decision making and effectively present to all levels in the organization
-Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and implement projects
-Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills (strong mathematical aptitude and quantitative skills)
-Ability to work professionally with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
