Based in Beverly Hills, CA we are very successful and fast paced professional accounting firm that is currently hiring for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator / Operations Manager to join there team.
As a Salesforce Administrator you will be maintaining and delivering the most creative and robust applications on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for owning and executing the delivery of everything related to Salesforce that are tailored to our business needs. You may work directly with Management and other departments to understand the user needs and provide detailed requirements. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust solution to meet those needs.

" Import indirect sales data provided in Excel and flat-file format by the Companys distributor and retail partners using a consistent, repeatable process.
" Create new user-profiles and maintain the proper level of access based on the employees role in the Company. Remove access credentials when an employee separates from the Company. Run de-duplication tools on a regular basis to cleanse data and monitor storage levels.
" Apply data management skills to keep data organized and easy to use.
" Execute day-to-day administration, maintenance, and development for Salesforce and integrated 3rd party tools. This includes but is not limited to custom object creation, user support, and marketing engagement campaigns
" Lead and execute the integration with third party applications
" Identify application-related problems and work with stakeholders, support and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
" Manage access rights for all users. Conduct regular security and configuration audits.
" Perform all day-to-day administrative tasks such as setting up users and profiles, or creating email alerts, workflows, processes, and approvals, just to name a few.
" Introduce customizations to all standard objects and create and maintain custom objects.
" Manage reports and dashboards for various user groups.
" Provide support to the user base and act as the primary point of contact for all end-user support.
" Deliver training of new users, create all training documentation, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- 3+ years experience in a Salesforce administrative support role, ideally in office administration, customer support, or technical support
- Salesforce Administrator certification, a plus
- Keen eye for detail and instinct for accuracy
- Ability to work quickly, managing multiple tasks at once in a fast paced environment
- SalesForce KPI reporting, APEX Scripts, Triggers, Workflows
