Maintain a current vehicle maintenance log
Review applications and hire required man power
Provide accurate bill of materials to purchasing agent for materials to be ordered prior to starting any projects
Expected to maintain profit levels and a growth in sales
Prepare electrical budgets for new customers and existing customers
Keep collections current and maintained
Meet and greet potential customers at their convenience
Report status of service work to managers
Review maintenance records monthly
Must bill projects when completed weekly
Ability to successfully deliver a clear scope and estimate to the customer after approved by a manager
Deliver a clear scope of work to the field employees.
Answer technical questions from the field
Review employment applications and hire staff
Licensed Journeyman Electrician- Licensed by the State of Delaware or able to acquire a Delaware License
3-5 years Electrical Service Electrician experience
Candidate must possess a valid Drivers License
Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code
Hold professional licensing as required by the State of Delaware
Strong communication skills to communicate with customers, potential customers, and other employees
Excellent critical thinking skills and be a superior troubleshooter
Develop relationships with new and potential customers
Must have professional and excellent customer service skills
Must be comfortable and successful making cold calls
Report possible problems or possible vehicle purchases to management
Communicate to Human Resources when additional resources are needed
Assist in other projects if required
Communicate completion to Assistant for billing
This position requires to be on call
Candidate must have the ability to pass a drug screening and a criminal background check as it may be required.
