From quality take-offs, develop quality estimates and proposals from designated project opportunities assigned accordingly.
Develop Estimating Turnover Meeting on projects procured.
Contract Document Control (post all addenda, ASIs, RFIs, C.O.s, etc.)
Completion of turning bid day estimate into a final contract estimate
Review Sub-contract Agreement for compliance with Contract Documents & Proposal scope of work
Set-up project file
Establish a Submittal Register from scope of work Include Closeout Register
Complete research and submittal requirements
Track submittals to indicate critical dates
Set-up Field Turn-over Meeting
Completing Estimated Cost to Complete forms
Attend project meetings when requested
Complete change order pricing and/or back charge pricing
Complete Close-out at end of job.
" Three (3) years commercial/industrial roofing experience
" Strong estimating and project management skills
" Knowledge of various roof manufacturers' system requirements and assemblies
" A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required

VACATION BENEFIT: Two weeks of paid vacation annually, including 1 week after the first 6 months of employment.
FISCAL YEAR END BONUS: Year End Bonuses will be given to salaried employees based on Company Profits. Bonuses are at sole discretion of the Company normally ranging from 0% - 5% of annual salary. Your first year bonus will be prorated based on your months of service. Incentive programs are also available.
401 (K) REDUCTION AND PROFIT SHARING RETIREMENT PROGRAM: 401(k)/Profit Sharing Retirement Plan after eligibility requirements are met. These specific eligibility requirements will be provided immediately upon request.
