What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a go-getter! What you will be responsible is overseeing a team and making sure all financial and comp plans/targets are being met. With this responsibility of overseeing a team and creating action plans, we want someone that can also be apart of the team and sell advertisement and travel to Cannabis events when they are going on and meet people face to face and make connections.

Some of the responsibilities that you will be apart of are:

Help Create and Develop an annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
Help maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price by keeping current with supply and demand
knowledge on changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Build, develop and manage sales team capable of carrying out superior sales and service initiatives
Implement approved distribution strategies
You will Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
Direct and oversee marketing to identify and develop new customers for products
Help sell advertisement, bring in new clients
work together with social media team
What You Need for this Position
More Than 7+ Years of experience and knowledge of:

- Sales Management
- Market Strategies
- Business Development
- Cannabis Relationships (Preferred)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Knowledge of sales/revenue
