We are a General Contractor with an Owner/Developers mindset. Founded in 1993, we are a regional leader in multifamily construction, and we are growing again. We are looking to add a seasoned Sales Client Relationship Manager to our team in the Chicago / Romeoville area.
Support and foster relationships with existing clients
Create client and prospect presentations; draft proposals
Design and implement marketing strategies
Build and maintain client databases; manage client mailing lists
Prepare, update, and maintain sales progress reports
Identify, engage, and liaise with support agencies, consultants, and 3rd party firms
Distribute public relations and prospect materials; assemble media kits
Provide ad hoc support to real estate development team
Perform miscellaneous assignments as required that vary depending on needs of the organization
Sales background preferably in construction
Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Strong business writing ability
Excellent computer skills
Experience with database management
Self-motivated, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle competing priorities with minimal supervision
