Located right in southern San Francisco, we are a data-driven drug discovery and development company that uses machine learning and high-throughput biology to transform drug discovery initiatives, which are delivered to our patients. We use highly advanced bioengineering techniques that allow us to generate genomic data and align them with patient data through machine learning!
Due to our massive recent funding, we are looking to expand across numerous positions; this genomics research associate position being one of them!

-Support efforts to improve the reproducibility and quality control tools on our high-through workflows
-Support day-to-day activities for high-throughput molecular biology workflows ranging from RNA isolation to NGS-based QC
-Support the development and operation of in-house sequencing and genomic assays, such as single cell and bulk RNA-seq.
-2+ years of relevant work experience in academia or industry
-Molecular Biology techniques including NGS prep, and DNA and RNA purification
-Mammalian cell culture
-Creating documentation for process validation and SOP's
-Familiarity with liquid handling systems
-Experience managing external services for sample processing and QC

-Single cell RNA-seq/perturb-seq, ATAC-seq
-Automated NGS library prep methods
