-Seeking 10+ yrs. experience, with strong DOD alliances/connections, a MSEE or PhD level candidate in Electronics/Electrical engineering disciplines.

-Expertise in Electronics and PM experience working within DoD; Navy, Army, AF, Marines, etc. (electronics).
-Excellent communication skills. Board members and presentation experiences are most suitable.
-Electronics knowledge from chip level to Vox level and beyond. . .
-Secret Clearance or have had a Clearance in the recent past.
-MS or PhD within Electrical Engineering, Materials, or Systems.
-Contract manufacturing required. Technical Manager leads the overall R&D efforts and development and deployment of electronics manufacturing process technology.
-Responsible for maintaining the highest level of technology innovation related to the evolving electronics research agenda supporting DoD systems.
-Develop technical strategies, standards, roadmaps, and technical reports for the company to remain state of the market in electronics manufacturing technologies.
-Maintain (must have DoD connections) and develop strong customer relationships within DoD program offices.
-Serve as a technical liaison between government sponsors and stakeholders.

-Electronics / Electrical / Technical Leadership expertise.
