Pay: Base $70-90K base + bonus

Quality workmanship depends just as much on the skills of your commercial roofer as it does on the roofing products used.
As production manager you will be directing and leading all field operations. You will manage the entire field labor force and ensure that schedules are kept and clients are briefed. Good people skills and management practices are imperative to excel at this position. You must be able to command respect from the field and the office. You will be the link between the office and the field and must always have both interests in mind.

Order all upfront materials and equipment for all jobs
Set delivery dates for materials and lifts
Start and finish manufacturer's warranty paperwork as needed
Ensure that inspections are met
Ensure all paperwork and reporting is done by job foreman
Relay all paperwork and tracking to the office
Manage inventory and bulk ordering
Manage returns on materials overages brought back to the shop
Manage all field schedules
Contact client with schedule and keep them posted on changes
Manage the entire labor resource
Schedule crew members and assign them to the foreman
Prioritize client schedules based on need, timing and cost efficiency
Generate reporting on all scheduling and scheduling goals
Manage information flow about productivity in the field
Generate job costing reports and use reports to assist sales in more accurate bidding
Generate all necessary job closeout paperwork
Generate cost reporting across divisions to facilitate related management decisions
Provide coaching and support to field foreman on proper labor management
Facilitate ongoing training for jobsite leaders and crew
Communicate closely with office and sales team
Follow all administrative protocol on reporting and software systems
Zendesk, Google, QuickBooks, Tallie, Clockshark, GoCanvas
Build and maintain new systems for better efficiency in the field and with reporting

"The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
"Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces
"Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot or cold and in windy conditions
"Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands
"Clean driving record a must/ Valid State Drivers License
