Based in the heart of San Francisco, SoMa, we're a Series B ($60Mil+) founded by top Silicon Valley investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator Continuity, and Bessemer Venture Partners. The world of compensation is broken today. We are here to fix it. Covid and remote work have made the situation far more difficult, and the notion of market compensation is now confusing to everyone.

We're building out a world-class marketing organization and this Marketing Operations Leader will help us build and implement systems needed to take our Marketing to the next level!

This is an exciting opportunity to reinvent the world of compensation and help build a more transparent future of work. We're developing the world's largest real-time compensation data platform to accomplish this goal, and are acquiring amazing customers like Credit Karma, Discord, and Allbirds at an unbelievable pace.
What You Will Be Doing
-Evaluating the current marketing tech stack and put forward recommendations on improvements
-Working across sales and marketing and identify needs and take on improvement of our Martech stack
-Uncovering hidden obstacles to growth and work with the broader team to address them
-Working with Sales Operations on critical operational issues that affect the whole organization
What You Need for this Position
-5 years of marketing operations experience
-Marketing technology operations
-Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Google Analytics, Zoominfo experience
-Enterprise lead generation standard methodologies: lead capturing, lead scoring models, lead nurturing programs
-Understanding of how data flows through multiple marketing applications and platforms
-Architecture of MQL / marketing funnels, including how to build from scratch, conversions across stages, etc.
-Building workflows to automate and reduce manual processes
-B2B SaaS Experience
-Strong excel proficiency and databases manipulation

Extra Credit:
-Experienced implementing SaaS/Martech systems such as Hubspot, Outreach, etc. before.
-Implemented Lead Scoring & Attribution before
