Litigation Paralegal
If you are a Paralegal with Worker's Comp experience, please read on! We are in search of someone who can handle a busy desk. You will be supporting a top partner. A great communicator who knows their success depends on an excellent paralegal. We offer flexible schedule competitive salary, outstanding comprehensive benefits package. What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting attorney through each case.
- Requesting Medical Records and preparing correspondence.
- Scheduling Medical Appointments, prehearings, hearings and settlement conferences.
- Organizing files
- Docketing and Calendaring
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum 4 years of Worker's Compensation experience. In our remote world, we aren't able to mentor someone who only has general civil litigation like we could
- Must be exceptionally organized.
- Know the CO Rules and courts specific to Worker's Compensation
- Know Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word at an intermediate level.
